Memorial & Tribute Gifts
Dedicated memorial and tribute gifts offer a meaningful way to honor, celebrate and remember loved ones while giving back to TMC Health. These gifts directly support TMC Health and its service lines, helping us continue to provide the exceptional care our community needs.
When you send a memorial or tribute gift, you have the opportunity to include a personalized note to the individual — or their family — that you would like to honor or memorialize.
The note will inform them that you have made a gift to TMC Health, the name of the donor & any additional note or message you would like to include. The amount is kept confidential.

TMC Hospice
Memorial benches & mosaic tiles
TMC Hospice and Peppi's House offers a couple beautiful ways to memorialize loved ones lost at TMC Hospice:
Mosaic tile memorial wall
Families can choose from several different Desert Southwest landscape tile options of varying levels of support and tiles can be customized to include a message and name for a loved one. Prices range from $200-$2000.
Custom Mosaic bench
Families can choose from four different desert scenes and two different size benches to be customized and placed on the Peppi's House grounds. Prices range from $2500-$5000.
